• For any cancellation that takes place at least 20 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees.
• Cancellations less than 20 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In order to confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay in advance.
• If you make your reservation by depositing money in bank account, your reservation is still pending for 5 working days.
